Your Concierge Fee Includes

Your Concierge Fee covers the initial sourcing and coordination of your request, including:

• Reviewing your preferences and inspiration
• Sourcing jewelry aligned with your vision
• Exploring available customization options
• Coordinating with our jewelry partners and manufacturers
• Reviewing availability, pricing, and production timelines

After purchasing your Concierge tier, you’ll receive an email with your private Jewelry Concierge questionnaire. You’ll use the questionnaire to share your preferences, inspiration, sizing, budget, and any details that will help us understand what you’re looking for.

Once we identify the right piece, you’ll receive the details and final jewelry pricing for approval before any production or purchase begins.

Your Concierge Fee is a service fee for sourcing and coordination and is separate from the final cost of the jewelry. Concierge purchases are final sale.
