Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lea Fine Jewelry, operated by Haus of Lea LLC, each piece is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.


1. Return Window (Domestic Orders)

Customers within the United States may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

The request must be initiated within this timeframe through our support channels.


2. International Return Window

International customers (when applicable) may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.


3. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the product purchase price.

This fee covers inspection, handling, and restocking of returned items.


4. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are not refundable under any circumstances:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Expedited shipping fees

  • Taxes paid at checkout

  • Duties, customs, or international import fees

  • Transaction or payment processing fees (if applicable)


5. Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, boxes, and materials

Lea Fine Jewelry reserves the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Engraved pieces

  • Altered or modified items (including resizing or third-party alterations)


7. Order Cancellations & Changes

Customers may request order changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing an order.

After this window, orders may enter processing and cannot be canceled or modified.


8. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs

  • Secure packaging of returned items

  • Ensuring proper tracking and delivery

  • Optional shipping insurance

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Lea Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipment.


9. Lost or Missing Return Shipments

Lea Fine Jewelry is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered while in transit.

No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for return shipments that are not successfully received at our facility.


10. Inspection Requirement

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the item has been received and approved.


11. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after inspection.

Processing times by banks or payment providers may vary.


12. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or refund options may be offered at our discretion.


13. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect eligibility for assistance.


14. Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier for transit handling.

In cases where Lea Fine Jewelry purchased and provided the shipping label, we may, at our discretion, assist with carrier investigations or claims.

However, all final resolutions are subject to the carrier’s determination.


15. Discretionary Assistance

In certain cases, Lea Fine Jewelry may choose to provide additional assistance beyond this policy.

Such accommodations are made on a case-by-case basis and do not create an obligation for future orders.


16. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any payment disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in denial of future service or orders.


17. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
